IEP at a Glance

If you ever had to read an IEP (Individual Education Plan), you know it can be hard to keep track of services or important information. I was (okay AM) having a hard time keeping track of my students IEP services, so in order to clear my head and for anyone else coming into my classroom (i.e. substitute teacher), I created an IEP at a Glance. It basically outlines the immediate information that I or a substitute teacher needs to know. Click on the picture to download. I hope you find it useful, if you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Happy teachings!

    1. BI = Behavior Intervention Implementation (Actually BII). It's the person who is basically the one-on-one aide to help the student in the classroom.

  6. I love this! It didn't really work for me (because I teach middle school) but I took your idea and adapted it to fit my classroom. I gave you a shout out on my blog so all my elementary school buddies can come steal yours instead!

  7. I think its great....to make it better for me I would make the student's name line bigger and I would add subject area....The "need to know" part I would change to "modifications". =)
